Challenge:

A customer with a newer Zoysia lawn started seeing brown circular areas and thinning turf. They were worried the lawn was dying and were considering replacing sections of sod.

Solution:

We evaluated the lawn and identified conditions consistent with disease pressure, which is common in newer Zoysia lawns, especially during humid weather. We applied the appropriate treatment and adjusted the lawn care plan to avoid pushing unnecessary growth while the turf recovered.

Results:

The disease activity was slowed, the affected areas began recovering, and the customer avoided the expense of replacing sod. The lawn continued improving with the right seasonal care.
