I hired GrassRoots to treat both my front lawn and my back lawn. I have dallis grass weeds in my backyard. I was told they are very difficult to get rid of and that I would have to have them dug up and the backyard reseeded. None of this was mentioned when I hired them to treat my lawn. They were happy to telI me what I could do to get rid of the weeds, but didn't make any attempt on their own to to kill the Dallis grass. I fired their service immediately because I can have weeds for free. Please DO NOT hire Grassroots. They are happy to take your money but are unwilling to treat dallis grass, despite it being there when they estimated my service charge. I am stunned and disappointed that they are unwilling to do the service, but still want to be paid. I regret hiring them. Please Do NOT hire GrassRoots if you are looking to have a beautiful lawn.

Tommy did a great job as we have a large yard that takes him repositioning the truck several times in order to reach all of the grass. He thoroughly went over the yard and discuss treatment and solutions for problem area areas.

Love Grassroots Service & Results!! I can text all my requests & they responded immediately during biz hours. You get an auto response after hours but they text immediately upon opening . My grass has looked better than it ever has since I’ve lived in this house for over 20 years. The prices are reasonable. And I am not easy to please They communicate so well.I just can’t say enough About Grassroots and of course, our current technic who has been doing our treatment for a long time now knowledgeable, professional, friendly.
