You had communicated this preference more than once, and we understand your frustration that our team missed it. Because the gate was locked, we were only able to complete the front and side lawn during the scheduled visit. As soon as we became aware of the issue, we returned the very next morning to complete the treatment of your backyard so your service was fully completed. We also apologize that you were unable to speak with the owner when you called. At the time, he was personally out servicing customers' properties, which delayed his ability to return your call as quickly as you expected. At GrassRoots Turf, we strive to operate with excellence. While we work hard to provide exceptional service, we recognize that mistakes can happen. When they do, we believe in taking ownership, correcting them promptly, and learning from them to prevent them from happening again.
