Our Story
Hello! My name is Joe Edwards, the owner of GrassRoots Turf Douglasville and Peachtree City branches. I am the proud recipient of the 2022 Founders Award - This award goes to the partner of the franchise founder's choosing. It is based on his choice of who he feels was most vital to the organization. The winner typically checks several boxes for growth, support, innovation, participation and more.
I grew up in Bremen, Ga. After graduating from high school, I served eight years in the U.S. Army. Although I was away from this area for those years, the small-town spirit never left me. GrassRoots has that same small-town spirit. Unlike many other lawn care companies, you are more than just another customer.
